Gracie South’s Black Belt – Travis Neagle

Wow! Flowood, MS has a Royce Gracie Black Belt! Thanks to Travis Neagle, Gracie South provides the BEST Gracie Jiu-Jitsu on the planet!

Just had a private lesson with Travis, and his instruction is superb. We worked on the Guard Pass, Side Control, and the basic Cross-Choke. He also taught me some top-secret Gracie South game planning. The best description I can give without giving it away, is Bruce Lee’s phrase, “Be like water…”

This is the best workout! Lots of fun learning from some humble members and one awesome leader. Thanks, Travis.
